Carbon-fibre assembly jigs replacing machined aluminium

A tier-2 supplier needed a new set of assembly jigs before a line changeover, with no time for a machining lead time. We redesigned the jigs for printing and produced them in carbon-fibre composite.

Result: Placeholder — e.g. 60% lighter, delivered in 5 days.

“[Placeholder testimonial] The printed jigs replaced machined aluminium ones and arrived before our line changeover.”

Reverse-engineered pump housing with no original drawings

A worn pump housing from discontinued equipment, with no drawings available. We scanned the part, rebuilt it as editable CAD with the design intent restored, and printed test parts for fit checks.

Result: Placeholder — scan to tested part in one week.

“[Placeholder testimonial] They took a worn pump housing with no drawings, scanned it and delivered a printable CAD model and three test parts within a week.”

Full-colour props for a feature film production

Result: Placeholder — 40 parts, painted and finished.
